Description

The Influenza B DETECT PRO RT-PCR Kit comprises a set of primers designed for the sensitive and specific detection of all strains of the Influenza B virus, including novel clinical isolates. The kit includes a positive control vector that can be used to quantify viral copy number and nuclease-free water as a negative control (to verify the absence of contamination).

 

Primers and controls have been designed to be compatible with commonly used commercial real-time PCR mixes and have been tested with the following reagents:
