Influenza A DETECT PRO RT-PCR Kit is designed for the detection of INFLUENZA A virus specific RNA by real-time RT-PCR based on SYBR® Green technology. This kit exclusively targets the Influenza A virus, ensuring a wide-ranging detection capability that does not extend to Influenza B. Use this kit with RNA extracted from strains of Influenza A virus or clinical samples and your preferred real-time RT-PCR reagents/mixes.

Description

The Influenza A DETECT PRO RT-PCR Kit comprises a set of primers designed for the sensitive and specific detection of all strains of the Influenza A virus, including novel clinical isolates. The kit includes a positive control vector that can be used to quantify viral copy number and nuclease-free water as a negative control (to verify the absence of contamination).

 

Primers and controls have been designed to be compatible with commonly used commercial real-time PCR mixes and have been tested with the following reagents:
