In late 2022, we relocated to our newly built state–of–the art containment level 2 and 3 virology labs. These labs are designed following the latest in technology and safety protocols, allowing research and development to take place in a secure and controlled environment.

The level 2 lab is equipped with specialized biological safety cabinets to ensure adequate containment of any hazardous materials. It is also outfitted with automated sample processing and imaging equipment, allowing for rapid and accurate analysis of viruses and infected cells.

The level 3 lab is designed to safely handle Hazard Group 3 viral agents. The lab is equipped with negative air pressure, airlocks, designated containment zones, and a full suite of safety protocols. It also has a full selection of advanced laboratory equipment for the study of highly contagious infectious agents.

Our new labs are located within a secure, fenced science park in the South-East of England, United Kingdom. Our labs are staffed by highly trained scientists and professionals, supporting our commitment to safety and security.
